The Chula Vista Police Officers' Association is a non-profit organization representing over 240 members of the Chula Vista Police Department. Formed in 1955, the association works toward bettering the working conditions, wages, and benefits for all members. In 2011, the CVPOA played a vital part in reducing layoffs throughout the Chula Vista Police Department. Additionally, members of CVPOA are committed to supporting and serving their surrounding community, putting their lives at risk to provide Chula Vista residents and visitors with a consistently safer place to live.

Escondido Police Officers' Association

Formed in 1954, the Escondido POA is a non-profit organization essential to serving and protecting the working needs of its 164 members, as well as providing superior support to the community of Escondido. Among its activities, the association has recently participated in the EPOA Cops for Kids Charity Golf Tournament to benefit youth at risk, as well as a series of charity concerts benefiting the Escondido Public Safety Scholarship Fund. The past six months have also brought significant reductions to Escondido's crime rate, due in large part to specialized programs and exceptional police work from members of the EPOA.

Representing the men and women of the El Cajon Police Department, the El Cajon Police Officers' Association has dedicated itself to protecting the working conditions, benefits, and wages of its 118 members. The ECPOA keeps active in the community through participation in charities, providing sponsorship, and donating to causes that ensure the safety of the community and its residents. Members of the ECPOA also pride themselves in practicing outstanding police services within the community of El Cajon, a service that can be truly appreciated by all.
