Not every bartender can flip a cocktail glass into the air, only to catch it again without making a complete mess, but Hayden Wood, a.k.a. “Woody” can do just that. This highly skilled and knowledgeable Aussie has made a career out of his ability to create a myriad of delicious drinks, while entertaining and educating the world at a level often unseen in the bartending industry.

A resident of Sydney, Australia since 1995, Woody has spent more than 15 years studying the art of bartending and formulating what he has aptly named his “Liquid Kitchen.” Having gained an abundance of know-how on cocktails, coffee, wine, beer, and everything liquid, he began offering his expertise to the public with a unique style and flair that consistently leaves audiences on their feet in standing ovation. Whether it is the extraordinary cocktail toss, precariously perched towers of drinks or his inclination for interacting with his audience, Woody's lively presentations and educational workshops have amassed worldwide attention.

In addition to making regular appearances across the globe, Woody has written an extensive list of food, drink, and recipe books including his colorful Liquid Kitchen series. This collection has garnered multiple awards, such as The Gourmand World Media Awards for Best Book on Spirits in the World. His newest addition, Green Food Generation, is an exploration into the culinary world of the environmentally-conscious.

Natural to his success, Woody has acquired a notable celebrity following for his simple, yet enticing drink recipes including such names as Madonna, Bono, Quinton Tarantino, Chelsea Clinton, and Prince Albert of Monaco. He has also been a private bartender for the likes of Sir Richard Branson and served alongside Chef Curtis Stone, creating choice concoctions for Oprah during Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure.

Now on the heels of his Australian-wide Green Up tour, Woody will travel to the United States to join celebrity chef Guy Fieri from May through mid-June for The Guy Fieri Food Road Show.
