This spring, we celebrate the return of Bacon & Barrels to San Diego on May 9th! Billed as the ultimate food festival for bacon lovers everywhere, Bacon & Barrels is an all-day festival showcasing local chefs’ most imaginative recipes incorporating bacon. The event also highlights the best artisan and craft barrel beverages such as bourbon, beer, wine and scotch.

Bacon & Barrels includes over 100 food and libation booths with all-inclusive tastings from some of Southern California’s hottest boutique wineries, and unique, high-end small batch whiskey, scotch, tequila, gin and rum from local artisan purveyors. There will also be a selection of craft beers to taste while enjoying a variety of inventive and unexpected bites from participating chefs.

Exclusive craft beers will be provided by Left Coast Brewing Company, Stone Brewing Company, Enegren Brewing Company and Ironfire Brewing Company. Or, sip on artisan spirits from Liberty Call Distilling, Channel Islands Distillery, The California Spirits Company and Deep Eddy Vodka, as well as culinary surprises from San Diego's best chefs and restaurants.

Live music will hit the main stage from party band, 90’s With Attitude, and indie favorite; Black Crystal Wolf Kids.

Bacon & Barrels is as committed to the community and the environment as it is to hosting an unforgettable event. The San Diego festival will donate a percentage of all ticket sales to support under-served children and the Create Community Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit that supports farm programs. Bacon & Barrels will also incorporate its proprietary Environmental Event process, with a goal of 95% of all event trash diverted from the Landfill.
