Ponsaty's


Master French Chef Patrick Ponsaty opened his namesake restaurant; Ponsaty's Fine Dining + Lounge in early August. Situated in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe, Chef Ponsaty leads the kitchen in crafting a menu of French and Spanish cuisine made with the finest locally sourced produce. The restaurant is artfully spaced with one main dining room, beautifully decorated in golds, blues and stone, as well as one private dining room and two patios that serve a lighter menu of tapas and flatbreads.

The Grand Restaurant Group is helping Chef Ponsaty deliver the best plates by sourcing his kitchen with produce from their own Bandy Canyon Ranch farms. They've also equipped Ponsaty's with Executive Chef Alain Delahaye, who specializes in French techniques, and Bruno Albouze of "The Real Deal Cooking Channel" as the lead pastry chef. Plates like the Lacquered Scottish Salmon with long stem artichoke, flageolet beans and lardon with a cluster tomato-basil broth will keep their elegant dining room full, while the 300 different wines and 50 scotches they offer will entertain every guest who chooses to imbibe.
