The creative minds that power the Alternative Strategies web design team were in full force this month. Doing what they do best, the web team worked some redesigning magic on three awesome brands.

San Diego Rite Care

This month, Alternative Strategies had the honor of working with the San Diego RiteCare® Childhood Language Center to help the create a new website that would both elevate their brand, and highlight their mission. Supported by the California Scottish Rite Foundation, the Language Center offers services to children with speech and language disorders. The RiteCare® team looked to us to design a website that would represent them well, while still maintaining a playful design and, above all, convey their mission: to give the gift of speech, one voice at a time.

Sushi Lounge

With locations in Encinitas and Poway, Sushi Lounge has been a local favorite for fresh, beautifully prepared sushi rolls for almost 10 years. While their unsurpassed cuisine has stood the test of time, it was time for the website to get a little reboot. Sushi Lounge needed a website that would be eye-catching and easily navigated. The team set out to create a design that would stand up to the restaurant’s sleek interiors and modern décor, as well as showcase their artistically created sushi dishes. Visitors to the new site are in for a little treat when they discover that the third Sushi Lounge will be opening its doors in Point Loma in early 2016.

The Duck Dive

Pacific Beach favorite and longtime AltStrat client, Duck Dive, has been pleasing local palates since 2012. Going into their third year, the team was ready to shed their initial website and create a look that represented more of what they are as a restaurant. Over the last couple of months, Duck Dive and the AltStrat team have collaborated on a new look that would showcase the philosophy that has made their brand so successful: casual, quality, comfortable. Drawing on the inspiration of surf and sea, the team went to work creating a look that was modern and sleek, with just a dash of “hip.”
