Jaime Partners is the San Diego-based leading service provider for program, project and construction management services. Founded in 2011 by Alfredo Jaime and Rodolfo Farber, Jaime Partners has been involved with the building of some of Southern California’s most exciting venues. Their team possesses decades of combined experience within the hospitality and food service sectors, and they have also expanded into developing several industrial, government and retail/office projects. Their focus on providing the most exceptional services to their clients and the community has been very apparent in all of their efforts.
The main brains behind Jaime Partners are Alfredo Jaime and Rodolfo Farber. Jaime, an entrepreneur with a mind toward changing the landscape of the construction industry, got his start in 1996 as a superintendent. It was at this job where he discovered his infatuation with the hospitality business, and after 15 years of experience working with some of the West Coast’s top contractors, he decided it was time to take his knowledge and know-how to the next level. Farber, on the other hand, worked in the development of large public and private projects in the area of San Diego County and Mexico, including Cabo San Lucas and areas north of Baja. During this time before Jaime Partners, he developed a keen sense of business strategy and entrepreneurialism. Together, the two of them have brought invaluable know-how and expertise to their team, and through their guidance and leadership Jaime Partners has begun to leave quite a positive impact on the San Diego community.
As far as their upcoming and recent projects, make sure to check out The Music Box in Little Italy. Jaime Partners recently completed remodeling/construction of their location, and the place could not look any better! It is definitely one of the top spots to catch a live music act in San Diego! They have also begun work on the entitlement for a new 170-room hotel remodel in downtown San Diego and a new design-build restaurant bar project at Otay Mesa Crossing that connects the Tijuana airport with San Diego County.
