Alternative Strategies is proud to mark another rewarding year with our client and community hub, The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch. Nestled in the heart of Carmel Valley, this one-stop living, retail and lifestyle center is home to 29 unique tenants. Designed with the community in mind, The Village goes above and beyond the traditional role of a typical shopping center. A frequent host of neighborhood events, the outdoor Village Square provides the perfect setting for every happening, with three in April alone!
Starting with complimentary Photos with the Easter Bunny on April 13th, Alternative Strategies coordinated a free photo session with tenant Keane Studios to capture sweet springtime memories for the whole family. On April 25th, the community then enjoyed another successful session of their Monthly Free Yoga series; a recent addition to The Village’s impressive lineup. Taking place on the fourth Thursday of each month, premier yoga instructor Stephanie Powell leads an outdoor yoga class at no cost for yogis of all levels. And finally, on April 27th, Alternative Strategies partnered fellow client, Big Box, with The Village to host spring cleaning for a cause! This two-day Spring Clean Up event accepted donations of unwanted clothing, small appliances and toys for Father Joe’s Villages to help our homeless neighbors!

The charming Santa Barbara-inspired design, stunning mosaics and pedestrian friendly Main Street make The Village the ideal destination for neighborhood gatherings and life’s little luxuries.
In addition to designing and maintaining The Village’s website, Alternative Strategies is thrilled to handle efforts in public relations, marketing, advertising, promotions, special events, creative services and monthly outreach and communication with all 29 tenants for a truly comprehensive, well-rounded service with the center. We are excited to continue this special relationship and promote the many happenings at The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch!
