Alt Strat’s client, Grand Restaurant Group, invites visitors to “come in, come sit, eat and talk!” as they expand to Hawaii with their newest establishment, Hula Hulas. Nestled within the Grand Naniloa Hotel in Hilo, Hawaii, Hula Hulas is a “farm-to-fork” restaurant that boasts extraordinary views of the reef-lined bay on the “Big Island,” creating the perfect setting for authentic Hawaiian cuisine.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Hula Hulas’ kitchen supports local resources and the island’s harvest for dishes such as Tahitian Vanilla Waffles, Ahi Poke, Pineapple-Thai Chili-Glazed Pork Belly and Lilikoi Meringue Pie. The inventive cocktail menu, plethora of craft beer and wine list is also quite impressive. There is no better way to enjoy a handcrafted Lava Lava or Hilo Mai Tai than while watching a Hawaiian sunset over the tropical waters.

Hula Hulas offers various dining options for any occasion and/or group size. The bar and lounge feature a live music stage, patio seating, cozy booths and free-standing tables. Guests also have access to a semi-private dining room and a private banquet room for special events. Hula Hulas’ conversation piece is an intricately designed, hand-painted mural within the bar which captures the essence of the island.

Hula Hulas comes to life with weekly specials and nightly entertainment. In addition to a daily Happy Hour with food and drink specials, they host weekly events, including a Monday Night Rib Special, Live Reggae Music on Thursdays and a Saturday Night Luau. Guests can also enjoy the holidays at Hula Hulas with spectacular parties and three-course menus during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
