This month, it is with great pleasure and excitement that we are rolling out the red carpet for Coldwell Banker West, the newest client to join our Alt Strat team!

Coldwell Banker West is one of San Diego County’s leading residential real estate companies, whose luxury division is quickly growing with 14 offices and approximately 1000 agents on board. Owner Peter Mendiola recently navigated the brokerage through some important mergers within the real estate community by obtaining a large, local brokerage in South County, moving into the East County area with the acquisition of space in Mt. Helix and most recently expanding with the addition of the highly respected Ascent Real Estate Company joining forces. The brokerage also has its sights set on the North County region as it looks to expand its reach across San Diego County.

Alt Strat was hired to handle PR/media relations to support their expansion, and has already run two advertorials in the Union Tribune, as well as several press releases announcing that the iconic powerhouse Steve Games has joined the organization as a partner and president of their new Coldwell Banker West Global Luxury Division. Well-respected industry leader and broker Rick Hagen has also joined their team and will focus on streamlining the company’s ongoing transactions.

This new business sector comes second-nature to Alt Strat’s owner, William Lopez, as his beginnings were mostly focused on the ever-evolving real estate industry.
