DiCicco's

Alternative Strategies is excited to welcome new client, DiCicco’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria! The Escondido eatery opened in January of 2021, in what was previously a Marie Callender’s Restaurant & Bakery, on the corner of W 13th Ave and Centre City Parkway.

DiCicco’s cooks up homestyle Italian dishes, just the way mama used to make them, in their traditionally styled ristorante. Mama and Papa DiCicco opened their first restaurant almost seventy years ago and have been celebrating tradition since 1956. Over the years, members the DiCicco family have opened 19 restaurants across California's Central Valley. They built their success through hard work, family values, and a deep passion for homestyle Italian cooking.

Chef Amy DiBiase currently helms the kitchen at DiCicco’s, which produces authentic appetizers such as Fried Ravioli, Bruschetta and Fried Zucchini, a variety of soups and salads, gourmet sandwiches, a selection of calzones including their “Build your Own Calzone,” individual and large pizzas, classics and favorites such as Lasagna, Spaghetti and Veggie Eggplant Parmesan, and dinner specials like Top Sirloin Marsala. Add a kid’s menu, and to-die-for desserts like Afogatto and cheesecake, and you’ll find everything you crave for an Italian feast. DiCicco’s also offers beer, a full bar, and a world-class wine selection.

DiCicco’s is owned by Grand Restaurant Group, which proudly serves their community with best-in-class dining, catering, and events. The hospitality group’s growing family of restaurants is celebrated for their uniquely crafted cuisine and farm fresh flavors, from casual to upscale and everything in between.
