CORK & KNIFE

Alternative Strategies is working with Grand Restaurant Group to help launch their newest endeavor, Cork & Knife, a small production wine store with locations in Rancho Santa Fe and Escondido. Cork & Knife offers close to 100 varieties of vino and invites customers to browse the selections of wine either in person, or on their website, where they can buy bottles directly.

Cork & Knife also specializes in artisan meats and cheeses from around the world and welcomes guests to gather in their cozy dining room for seasonal tapas uniquely created to pair with their curated wine selection. Upscale catering options are available, as Cork & Knife builds meat and cheese displays tailored for any size occasion. Perfectly paired wine can also be added to any catering package.

Alternative Strategies has been working with the team at Cork & Knife to design and build out the company’s website, which includes an e-commerce page where wine can be purchased and shipped. Alternative Strategies has also been providing PR services, including working with local media, such as Eater San Diego, NBC 7, San Diego Union Tribune and SD Business Journal, to announce the opening.

Grand Restaurant Group is a family-run establishment that also owns Bellamy’s, Nick & G’s, Giaola Italian Kitchen, and DiCicco’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, which will soon be opening a location in Escondido.

Cork & Knife Rancho Santa Fe will be a part of Nick & G’s restaurant, located at 6106 Paseo Delicias in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe. The Escondido location can be found at 515 West 13th Ave, Escondido CA 92025, in a small section of the building that will house DiCicco's.
