Eclipse Chocolat’s saccharine beginning all started back in 2003 when Gustwiller decided to experiment with a palate of delectable ingredients – dark chocolate and exotic herbs and spices. Like a true artist Gustwiller began playing with his tasty canvas simply for the joy of experimentation and likely its delectable product. Ultimately, Gustwiller’s hours of curiously tinkering in the kitchen resulted in a unique range of precisely crafted truffles that became the catalyst for the chocolate café we have now come to love as Eclipse.
