You won't be limited just to sausages in sandwich form either. One dish features an herbed quinoa and roasted pepper salad topped with a hot Italian link and poached egg.

Alt Strat secured plenty of powerful media coverage to let San Diegans in on the launching details of this anticipated "go-to" spot for locals and visitors who want to experience a little something special when they think of sausage as a way to eat their meat. With over 400 Facebook fans already in its first month. Salt & Cleaver's décor includes a rustic modern ménage à trois collection of wood, metal, and brick with barnwood tables and exposed beams. There's an inviting the U-shaped bar that's pouring a rotating lineup of 20 draft brews to pair with your meal, or toast with among friends.
