Celebrity Chef's Tours at Anthology

Celebrity Chef's Tours is coming to San Diego on October 17th for a full afternoon of cooking, fun, and sharing. The traveling tours were initially created in 2004 to benefit the James Beard foundation in celebration of his strides in American cuisine, and have since been a popular celebration of food across the nation as spreading the knowledge of cooking fine cuisine. The event will be hosted at Anthology, a restaurant and live music venue located in Little Italy.

The event will accommodate 150 attendees, so as to keep it intimate. In a Broadway-play sort of environment that encourages for conversation, the audience will laugh and learn with the chefs. It is designed not only for entertainment and dining, but for each guest to take something home with them—be it a new technique, idea, or inspiration for their own personal cooking flair. In addition, audience members will get a tasting of each chef’s delectable dish after their demonstration! It's a celebration of food, with the very best.

There are many famed favorites ready to serve up their creations. Richard Sweeney of Top Chef stardom will be cooking the main course, Anthology's Executive Chef Todd Allison is set to prepare appetizers, and pastry chef Stefanie Gaxiola of Cupcake Wars will be sure to remind all of dessert. Lastly, Mixologist Garth Flood from Cowboy Star will divulge his secrets to some amazing cocktails.
